The Installation Process
Our aim is to ensure your installation takes place
as smoothly and stress-free to yourselves as possible. We employ
our own Proseal installers to ensure a good working practice, with
work to the highest standards.
| Step 1 |
We will call at a time that is convenient to you to complete
a site survey. We will discuss the issues of glass type, frame
style, roof style, floor, base brickwork, finish inside, block
render finish, and design of your dream conservatory. |
| |
|
| Step 2 |
The Building Department of Proseal will call at a date specified
by you to dig out and lay concrete foundatinos, brickwork up
to damp proof course level, lay damp proof membrane, and then
lay concrete slab. After this, face walls will be built up to
new sill level (approximately 900mm) complete with all damp
proof courses. |
| |
|
| Step 3 |
The Proseal Installers will supply and fit all frames and
roof to your specifications, comlpete with all lead work, and
cavity trays if needed. |
| |
|
| Step 4 |
We will complete the inside finish of your conservatory to
your specifications, taking into account the position of wiring,
power points, lighting, fanlights, wall lights, outside lights,
tv aerial points, etc. |
| |
|
| Step 5 |
All inner sills and finished floors (ie, timber, tiles, skirting,
etc) will be fitted. |
| |
|
| Step 6 |
A snag list will be drawn up (with your input where appropriate)
and all works will be 'snagged' including inside and outside
work, to your specification and satisfaction. |
| |
|
| Step 7 |
