Planning Permission

Properties in Wales often don't require planning permission when it comes to adding a new conservatory, unless you live in a conservation area or your property is a listed building.

In many cases, you may need planning permission if your property has already been extended in some way. Properties have a development limit of 50-70 cubic metres, ie, if the original property has already been added to some of this 'permitted development' area may have already been used up.
